RACHEL ZOE – S/S 2012 | New York Fashion Week Debut Spring/ Summer Collection

Stylist turned designer, Rachel Zoe being interviewed by Giuliana Rancic from E News! Photography by Amanda Fordyce.

Rachel Zoe unveiled her debut Spring collection in a building on Broadway, with the Empire State Building, plus the city of Manhattan as a backdrop through the large ornate windows. It was as New York as you could get! As showings go, this one was quite amazing. With models lined up on a stage running along the three walls of the space, it was evident straight away that this was a fantastic spring debut! With lots of crisp whites, long flowing maxi gowns, stunning sequin numbers and super sexy and summery prints. Not to mention splashes of crimson, eggplant or black that really brought the collection together.

Plus, Rachel’s A-list clientele and friends were also in attendance to see her and hubby Rodger Berman. They included, the gorgeous model and actress Molly Sims, looking radiant with red lips and a pulled up do; Vice President of Visual Merchandising at Bergdorf Goodman, Linda Fargo; E! News host Giuliana Rancic; Mary Alice Stephenson and even Rachel’s own parents. Lots of support for a stylist turned designer that has demonstrated this ability to change between the two with absolute ease.
