Aurelio Costarella’s models donned long-sleeved beaded body suits, armoured bustier lurex mini dresses, structured bodices and sweeping cut-out plunging gowns in an earthy colour palette of bronze, pewter, cream and silver. Scarab inspired dresses accompanied by Costarella’s signature feathers worn as shrugs or skirts were also on display in his collection showcased at MSFW. His finale piece was a shimmering strapless gown of white and silver that was breath taking in it’s chic simplicity.
