Curiouser and curioser….. down the rabbit hole we go in ACMI’s 2018 Melbourne Winter Masterpiece’s Exhibition, WONDERLAND. Celebrating the weird and wonderful creations of author Lewis Carroll’s timeless and inspired stories, the exhibition pays homage to Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland, Through the Looking Glass and What Alice Found There, in an entirely fresh and experiential exhibition that focuses on film’s adaptations of Carroll’s tales.

ACMI is renowned for its brave and bold experiential exhibitions, and for this Winter Masterpiece, they have brought their extensive curatorial and creative expertise together with a leading team of Australian collaborators, creating an immersive experience complete with playful environments and bespoke digital activities that draw upon the wonder and curiosity of Carroll’s stories. Collaborators include: exhibition and theatrical designer Anna Tregloan; digital creative studios Sandpit, Grumpy Sailor and Mosster Studio; sound designer Byron Scullin; and composer Cornel Wilczek. These impressive creators have joined together to design an interactive world to delight and surprise adults and children alike.
