M/FW closed down its all encompassing week of fashion with a bold Closing Down Runway show, featuring sensational designers Scanlan & Theodore, White Story, Viktoria Woods, Camilla and Marc, Manning Cartell, Bianca Spender, Bassike and Arnsdorf.
Scanlan & Theodore sparkled in sophisticated sequins, subtle ruffles, sheer panels and decolletage plunging mini dresses.
Camilla & Marc presented many a statement look, including custom print top (reminiscent of python skin) matched with a liquid PVC midi length skirt and high-necked skivvy – perfection! Plus there were softly layered 3-piece suits, relaxed yet chic pant suits with more custom cotton prints, along with fit and flare long sleeve detail dresses.
Not to mention the gorgeous one-shoulder detail mini and maxi dresses that are sure to be party season favourites.
Manning Cartell brought ruffled acid wash denim coupled with blinged eyewear, alongside balconette and sweetheart dresses.
There was a palate of earthy colours – from chestnut taffeta wrap tops, mint double breasted blazer suits and pastel pink jackets.
Bianca Spender delivered her signature figure draping gowns in a variety of colours and fabrics; from leather, satin and silk, to navy, mint and powder.
A fantastic end to another interesting, entertaining and barrier-breaking M/FW. We look forward to what next year brings!
